Wichtig ist, dass Sie Ihre Aufgaben so l\u00f6sen, dass alle zufrieden sind.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ihre Aufgaben als Teamleiter sind:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Roskildejob gegen\u00fcber den anderen Freiwilligen im Team zu vertreten.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">daf\u00fcr zu sorgen, dass die Freiwilligen, die im Einsatz sein m\u00fcssen, auch p\u00fcnktlich ankommen - und dass Sie sich telefonisch mit ihnen in Verbindung setzen und Krankmeldungen und Fehlzeiten melden.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">die Aufgaben im Team zu verteilen und daf\u00fcr zu sorgen, dass alle Freiwilligen kontinuierlich zwischen den Aufgaben rotieren.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">um die notwendigen Artikel f\u00fcr den Betrieb der Wache zu bestellen usw. rechtzeitig.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">einzuspringen und bei den Aufgaben zu helfen, wenn es die Zeit erlaubt.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als Teamleiter kannst du gerne auf Augenh\u00f6he mit den anderen Freiwilligen pausieren.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Sie registrieren sich f\u00fcr einen bestimmten Bereich<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als Teamleiter sind Sie einem bestimmten Bereich (Caravan Nord oder Caravan S\u00fcd) zugeordnet. So haben Sie alle Ihre Schichten im selben Bereich und stellen sicher, dass die ehrenamtlichen Gastgeber alles haben, was sie brauchen, und dass die Schicht wie geplant abl\u00e4uft.
